Description

This
assignment should comprise a written business report, plus
accompanying appendices.

The
written report should:-
For
an organisation of your choice, critically evaluate the current
process for innovation and change present within the
organisation.

Based
on your critical evaluation and awareness any current or
potential environmental changes, detail justified recommendations
on how the subject organisation should lead and manage innovation
and change in 2020 and beyond.

The
report should relate to the relevant theories of innovation and
change.

The
appendices to the audit should include relevant supporting data.

Additional
Information

Harvard
referencing for all strategic management models should be included
as intext citation references. A bibliography should be included
within the appendix section of your report. All data referenced
should be accurately sourced.
All
business data included will be treated as confidential in nature.
Your
report will be assessed against the following criteria (further
details in the rubric at the end of this assessment brief):

of the allocated theoretical concepts on leadership and culture
(20%);

of an appropriate analytical approach (25%);
